DEFINITIONS

The terms "Company" or "Tulalip Casino" refer to the Tulalip Tribes of Washington, a sovereign tribal nation that owns and operates multiple gaming properties, including Tulalip Resort Casino.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using the facilities and services provided by Tulalip Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 21 years old (or as required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the facilities and services provided by Tulalip Resort Casino.

IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF AGE

Upon request, you are required to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of age to verify compliance with this provision.

RESERVED RIGHTS

The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who fails to meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

CHANGING FACILITIES AND SERVICES

Tulalip Casino may modify, alter, suspend or discontinue any facilities or services at its discretion without prior notice.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of its facilities and services, except to the extent required by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and the federal government of the United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict-of-law provision that would cause the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tulalip Resort Casino regarding your use of its facilities and services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to reflect changes in laws, regulations, business practices, or other circumstances.

VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By violating the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge that you shall be liable for all damages resulting from such violation, including but not limited to legal fees and costs incurred by the Company.

TERMINATION

Tulalip Resort Casino reserves the right to terminate your access to its facilities and services at any time without notice in case of breach or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

By using Tulalip Resort Casino's gaming facilities, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to gamble responsibly and within your means.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRIVACY POLICY

You agree that the Company may collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tulalip Resort Casino regarding your use of its facilities and services. The Company's liability for any damages arising out of these Terms and Conditions is hereby limited as provided above, and no other terms or conditions may be amended without a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
